Delivery and returns

Payment

Payment will be taken securely through Paypal. You can either pay with Paypal or select the option to pay with credit or debit card.
Items are cost price plus postage

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
A full refund of the cost of the item will be given for items returned in perfect condition. Postage costs will not be refunded.
The buyer must pay the return postage cost and choose a tracked delivery service for their own protection.
Note that most wedding dresses will need a custom alteration and it is unlikely that a dress will be a perfect fit upon arrival. Please read further information in our Terms of Service
