Delivery and returns

Payment

• Payment will be taken securely through Paypal. You can either pay with Paypal or select the option to pay with credit or debit card.
• Items are cost price plus postage

Delivery

• Dispatch will be by courier or Royal Mail within seven days of the order

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• A full refund of the cost of the item will be given for items returned in perfect condition. Postage costs will not be refunded.
• The buyer must pay the return postage cost and choose a tracked delivery service for their own protection.
• Note that most wedding dresses will need a custom alteration and it is unlikely that a dress will be a perfect fit upon arrival. Please read further information in our Terms of Service
